Sharp and Carter in Melbourne seeks a seasoned Production Planner to lead a central scheduling function within a global manufacturing environment. You will own production schedules, coordinate with Customer Service and Sales on order fulfilment, and work with the materials planning team to ensure smooth operations.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will influence capacity planning, drive improvements in MRP processes, and act as Local Key User for SAP PP in S/4HANA.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years experience in production planning or a similar manufacturing planning role.
• Strong track record of long term impact at an organisation.
• Experience with SAP PP module in S/4HANA is nice to have.

Mansioni

• Developing, maintaining and refining production schedules to meet demand forecasts and delivery commitments.
• Managing communication with Customer Service and Sales around order planning, lead times and changes.
• Collaborating with the material planning team on MRP and material availability.
• Entering and maintaining production orders in SAP for customer and internal orders.
• Analysing machinery capacity and resource availability to optimise scheduling decisions.
• Acting as Local Key User for the SAP PP module in S/4HANA, including troubleshooting BOM and MRP issues.
• Contributing to monthly SIOP and capacity planning reporting processes.
