Job summary

PM-Partners group is seeking an experienced Product Owner Lead to join a global insurer and lead the Claims Modernisation and Digital Transformation program. You will translate business strategy into clear product visions, roadmaps and deliverable outcomes, leading multiple Product Owners and cross-functional Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Digital Transformation within complex organisations.
• Proven experience leading multiple Product Owners, Business SMEs and/or cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of product vision, strategy, roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for key claims and business capabilities, aligned to customer, operational and strategic objectives.
• Lead product strategy across a large-scale Claims Modernisation program, transforming claims processes and customer journeys.
• Translate goals and requirements into user-focused products, services and technology solutions.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners and Business SMEs across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and strategic outcomes.
• Own and prioritise backlogs to maximise customer, business and operational value.
• Lead Agile cross-functional teams through discovery, design, development, testing, implementation and go-live.
• Drive modernisation of claims journeys including FNOL, workflows, and settlements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify legacy processes and enable automation.
• Develop and manage implementation plans with milestones, dependencies and budgets.
• Ensure business readiness, testing, UAT and go-live preparation for product releases.
