Job summary

Rest is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex insurance initiative across Technology, Digital, Information Security, Product, Procurement and external partners. You will steer delivery from initiation to implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors, manage governance, risks and benefits realisation, and mentor a project team to enable delivery excellence within a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in technology, PM or related field.
• Relevant Project Management certification.
• Experience delivering complex projects in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects with governance and risk management.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting to align with funding and objectives.
• Track benefits realisation and drive adoption into BAU operations.
• Build relationships with sponsors, vendors and delivery partners for outcomes.
• Apply project governance with reporting and escalation management.
• Oversee external vendors and ensure contractual obligations and quality.
• Identify risks and dependencies and implement mitigations.
• Mentor project team members and foster collaboration.
