Job summary

StateCover Mutual is seeking a transformation leader to drive the claims transformation program. You will oversee technical transformation, translate change into operational reality, and ensure a superior user experience with executive backing.

You will lead a team across PMs, BAs, and SMEs, delivering large-scale change in a highly regulated service environment while reporting to the General Manager of Claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years in senior roles within a related insurance claims or personal injury management environment.
• Proven delivery of large-scale business transformation or major organizational redesign including technology implementation.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience and the credibility to lead and collaborate with executives.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across multiple stakeholders and levels.

• Assess current claims model and design the path to a future state.
• Drive engagement and adoption of new processes and technology.
• Build a data-informed operation with a human-centred, member-aligned delivery.
• Partner with the executive team and report progress to the General Manager of Claims.

We are partnered exclusively with StateCover Mutual on this search for a credible insurance leader who can lead and deliver this claims transformation project.

You'll be accountable for the technical transformation and translating the change into operational reality, taking care and account of the user experience. You'll deliver with the backing of the executive team, report to the General Manager, Claims & work within a well-resourced division of PM's, BA's through to SME's.

StateCover requires a transformation specialist with a proven track record of leading change in a highly regulated service delivery environment. Someone who brings diversity of thought, innovation, anticipates what's coming next, and confidently drives an evolving project through real-time delivery.
