Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Business Lending product suite for corporate and institutional clients. You will manage day-to-day product operations, drive risk remediation, and uplift product features through digital transformation initiatives.

The role requires coordinating across distribution, treasury, risk and technology, using data and insights to prioritise initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• Clear communicator who can influence outcomes without owning every decision.
• Comfortable operating in a complex environment balancing risk, technology and delivery constraints.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities amid uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Experience in corporate banking and product management is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Lending product suite with a focus on corporate/institutional segments.
• Coordinate stakeholders across distribution, treasury, credit risk, legal, non-financial risk and technology.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and use data and insights to inform prioritisation decisions.
