Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager - Digital Experience to lead customer-facing digital journeys within the Petverse ecosystem. Based in North Ryde, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver mobile and web experiences that drive value for pets and their people.

You will own strategy, roadmap and discovery, combining customer insight with delivery leadership, while ensuring privacy, accessibility and performance across apps and web

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer-facing digital, retail or eCommerce environments.
• Demonstrated experience building and improving consumer-facing iOS and Android apps, including app store releases and performance.
• Experience with connected digital ecosystems and integrations (APIs, payments, CRM, loyalty).
• Hands-on customer research, journey mapping, prototyping and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy, outcomes and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from hypothesis to delivery.
• Collaborate with UX/brand to ensure accessible and consistent experiences.
• Drive analytics, monitor post-release performance and optimise based on data.
