The Product Manager - Digital Experience owns customer-facing digital products and journeys, combining customer insight, commercial judgement and delivery leadership to create measurable customer and business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a consumer-facing digital product role.
• Experience building and improving iOS/Android apps, including app store releases.
• Experience with connected digital ecosystems and APIs.
• Hands-on customer research, journey mapping and usability testing.
• Strong Agile product discovery and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain strategy outcome roadmap and prioritised delivery backlog with stakeholders.
• Define hypotheses, objectives and success measures for investment decisions.
• Balance short-term experiments with long-term platform health and experience evolution.
• Lead user research, journey mapping and usability testing; create wireframes/prototypes.
• Collaborate with UX/brand to ensure intuitive, accessible experiences aligned with standards.
• Engage with customers and frontline teams to understand real-world behaviours and constraints.
• Improve journeys across onboarding, search, commerce, booking, loyalty, and self-service.
• Define requirements including rules, states, errors and hand-offs; ensure privacy and security.
