Greencross Pet Wellness Company, based at North Ryde, is seeking a senior Product Manager - Digital Experience to lead customer-facing digital products across mobile apps and web. You will own strategy, discovery, and delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams to create measurable customer and business value for Petbarn stores, Vets, and related services.

You will guide the full product lifecycle, conduct customer research, map journeys, and ensure privacy, accessibility and performance

Competenze

5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Mobile Product Manager, Digital Product Manager or similar role in a consumer-facing digital, retail, services or eCommerce environment.
Demonstrated experience building and improving consumer-facing iOS and Android apps, including app store releases, performance and quality.
Experience with connected digital ecosystems and integrations, including APIs, middleware, authentication, payments, loyalty, CRM or booking platforms.
Hands-on experience with customer research, journey mapping, prototyping and usability testing.
Strong command of Agile product discovery and delivery, from opportunity validation and experimentation through backlog management, release planning and ongoing product ownership.
Practical working knowledge of product, design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear requirements, roadmap narratives, executive updates, decision papers and release communications.
A love of pets and genuine interest in making pet care easier and more connected across digital, physical and assisted channels.

Own and maintain the product strategy, outcomes and roadmap for assigned digital product areas.
Lead the full product lifecycle from hypothesis to delivery and measurement.
Conduct customer research, journey mapping and usability testing to validate ideas.
Collaborate with UX, brand and engineering to ensure accessible, trusted experiences.
Define requirements for onboarding, search, commerce, bookings, loyalty and self-service journeys.
Coordinate release readiness, app store submissions and launch communications.
Define analytics requirements and monitor post-release performance against success measures.
Apply AI/automation to accelerate discovery, prototyping, testing and documentation.
