Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company in North Ryde, NSW, is seeking a Senior CRM Insights Analyst for a 3-month contract to drive customer engagement and growth through data-led decision making. You will own complex data, deliver actionable insights, and influence senior stakeholders.

You will combine advanced SQL with data visualisation in Tableau or Power BI, manage campaigns and segmentation, and contribute to the Friends for Life loyalty program and CRM reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL capability for complex data transformations and quality checks.
• Experience analysing large customer/loyalty/transactional datasets to identify growth and engagement opportunities.
• Strong experience with reporting/visualisation tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations and data visualisation for stakeholders.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape briefs and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own extraction, transformation and analysis of complex customer, loyalty, campaign and transactional datasets using SQL and analytics tools.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand priorities, shape briefs and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Design and interpret CRM test-and-control activity, campaign measurement and engagement reporting.
• Create clear insight narratives and data visualisations for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer segmentation, targeting, retention and lifecycle engagement.
• Accelerate automation of repetitive reporting to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Share technical knowledge across the team to lift overall capability.
