Zip Co is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own complex product challenges from discovery through to delivery, working with Product, Engineering, Data and Design in a hybrid Sydney setting. You’ll drive customer-centric design that shapes experiences across money management and payments.

You’ll blend customer insight, product judgment and design craft to simplify financial journeys, explore AI-enabled experiences, and mentor teammates while collaborating with risk, policy and tech partners.

Qualificações

• 5+ years designing complex, customer facing digital products in fintech, payments, technology or regulated environments.
• Strong interaction and visual design across native mobile and web with accessible design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design across a product domain from framing problems to delivery, measurement and improvement.
• Set high standards for interaction and visual design across native mobile and web from prototype to production.
