Zip Co Limited is seeking a seasoned Product Manager in Sydney to own the platform capabilities behind customer, credit, fraud, and identity decisions. You will translate complex business problems into platform requirements and work with Engineering to prioritise investments and roadmap evolution.

You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Risk and Data, shaping an identity-first approach that improves onboarding, servicing and decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or banking.
• Strong technical capability; ability to work with Engineers on solutions.
• Domain knowledge in decisioning, credit risk, fraud, or Identity and Access Management.
• Technical grounding in API first design, event driven architecture and distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Set the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Zip’s decisioning, credit risk, fraud and customer identity platforms.
• Partner with Engineering to understand technical components and determine platform solutions.
• Lead improvements to platform scalability, performance, reliability and governance.
• Translate business problems into clear product opportunities.
