Job summary

Zip Co Limited is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end experiences from discovery to delivery and ongoing improvement. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Data and Design to influence customer journeys and product direction across mobile and web.

You will apply user research and data to influence decisions, while advancing design systems and scalable patterns. Join a team embracing AI and innovative tech to deliver trusted financial experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience designing complex digital products in fintech, payments, technology or similar
• Portfolio demonstrating native mobile and web design with accessibility and attention to detail
• Proven ability to use customer research, usability testing and product data to influence decisions
• Strong systems thinking; ability to simplify complex journeys and dependencies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across a product domain, from framing problems through delivery and improvement
• Set high standard for accessible interaction and visual design across native mobile and web
• Use customer research, product data and experimentation to understand needs and influence strategy
• Apply systems thinking to simplify complex journeys and connect experience with tech, operations and policy
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Risk to balance needs and feasibility
• Facilitate workshops and storytelling to align diverse audiences
• Evolve Zip’s design system and reusable patterns for quality and consistency
• Explore AI-enabled experiences and share knowledge through critique and mentoring
