Job summary

Zip is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Sydney to own end-to-end design, from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Design to influence customer journeys and product direction.

Bring deep interaction and visual craft for native mobile and web, using research, product data and AI-enabled ideas to simplify complex financial journeys while helping evolve Zip’s design system and standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience designing complex, customer facing digital products in fintech, payments, technology or regulated environments.
• Strong interaction and visual design across native mobile and web with accessible design and attention to detail.
• Ability using customer research, usability testing, experimentation and product data to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across a product domain from framing problems to delivery and measurement.
• Set high standards for accessible interaction and visual design across mobile and web.
• Use research, data and experimentation to understand customer needs and influence strategy.
