Job summary

Bridgit, a fintech lender in Australia, is seeking a Product Associate to join the Experience team in Sydney. You will shape and deliver digital journeys for customers and brokers, turning concepts into ready‑to‑build features with a strong focus on usability and speed.

You’ll work with product managers to map ideas, collaborate with developers and designers, and drive continuous improvement across delivery cycles. A passion for customer experience and a proactive, curious attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product, delivery, business analyst, UX, digital, or similar roles.
• Strong interest in customer experience and building intuitive digital products.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Interest in technology and product development; able to work with technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to map customer journeys and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories for features.
• Design end-to-end customer and broker journeys in Bridgit’s digital experiences.
• Break down work into smaller components for iterative delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to track ideas and scope initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with developers, designers, and operations.
• Translate feedback into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform testing and QA, identify bugs, and coordinate fixes.
• Improve customer experience and usability across digital journeys.
• Maintain product docs in Jira or Notion; update progress notes.
• Advocate for customer perspective throughout development.
• Assist rollout with internal comms and training materials.
