Job summary

Davidson is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Business Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing development of an enterprise procurement platform in Melbourne. You will gather requirements, map procurement processes, and assist with testing and rollout activities within a multi-stakeholder environment.

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in procurement or sourcing domains.
• Ability to map current and future-state processes across end-to-end procure-to-pay.
• Experience writing functional specifications or similar documentation.
• Experience supporting system testing, UAT and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating requirements workshops with business stakeholders.
• Documenting current-state and future-state processes.
• Supporting functional requirements and specification development.
• Working across end-to-end source-to-pay processes.
• Developing and reviewing functional test scenarios and test cases.
• Supporting system testing, UAT, defect resolution and implementation activities.
• Working closely with technology teams, vendors and delivery partners.
• Supporting future phases of the program and ongoing system improvements.
