Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Finance to support finance, procurement and ERP transformation initiatives, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay and Financial ERP. You will lead analysis, documentation and process optimisation, working with Finance, Procurement and AP teams across NSW/ACT.
The role involves requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution delivery support and change activities to ensure successful project outcomes and adoption of
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in project or system implementation settings.
- Experience with Financial ERP, Procurement and AP processes.
- Experience documenting business, functional and reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience modelling end-to-end processes using BPMN or similar.
- Experience supporting testing, validation and implementation activities.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews and observations to gather requirements.
- Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and specs.
- Maintain traceability across delivery lifecycle.
- Support business case development and documentation as required.
- Analyse current-state processes and map future-state processes.
