Job summary

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support Finance, Procurement and ERP transformation, focusing on Procure-to-Pay and Financial ERP initiatives.

You will lead analysis, documentation and process optimisation across NSW/ACT, engaging Finance, Procurement and Accounts Payable teams, while shaping business cases and future-state ways of working. A collaborative, change-focused role with strong BA skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' BA experience in project/transformation environments.
• Strong experience with Financial ERP systems and Finance processes.
• Proven ability documenting requirements and reporting.
• Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of end-to-end As-Is/To-Be processes (BPMN or similar).
• Experience supporting testing, validation and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, interviews and observations to understandNeeds.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories and specs.
• Maintain requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
• Support business cases and documentation as required.
• Develop future-state process maps and support change activities.
• Support testing, UAT, and transition activities with stakeholders.
