Job summary

Davidson is seeking a Procurement Manager - ANZ for Seven Hills, Sydney. You will lead sourcing of raw materials and direct spends, develop category strategies, evaluate suppliers, and manage tenders through contract award, partnering with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure timely delivery.

You will lead a small team across VIC, QLD, NSW and NZ, mitigate sole supplier risk, and optimize pricing and ESG considerations for building products.

Qualifications

• Procurement Manager with proven track‑record of managing direct spend categories and raw materials for construction/building materials.
• Experience in spend analysis, identifying international pricing and commodity considerations.
• Familiar with a network of manufacturing, building materials and construction suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Source materials and direct/indirect spend; develop category strategies end‑to‑end from source to contract.
• Evaluate the supplier landscape, review spend analysis and manage tenders through to contract award.
• Maintain vendor performance reviews and a supplier framework to expand the supplier base and mitigate sole supplier risk.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain & Operations to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization; leverage volume pricing.
• Manage a small team across VIC, QLD, NSW and NZ assisting sourcing activities and P2P management.
