Job summary

Liontown Limited is seeking a skilled Supervisor - Processing at Kathleen Valley in Western Australia. You will lead the Process Operations team, ensuring the plant runs safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulations, while driving continuous improvement.

The role involves on-shift decision-making, training staff, managing staffing levels and coordinating with Maintenance and Metallurgy teams to optimize plant performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in mineral processing.
• Experience with flotation and control room operations; FIFO or remote site desirable.
• Strong frontline leadership with ability to manage psychosocial hazards.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety of staff on shift, approve JHA & Authority to Work permits.
• Hold statutory supervisor appointment under WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022.
• Manage performance and conduct of processing crew; address psychosocial hazards.
• Lead training, development and ongoing performance of the Process Operations team.
• Plan staffing to maintain production while minimising risk and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Technical teams to sustain equipment availability.
