Job summary

Talison Lithium's Greenbushes Lithium Operation is seeking a Senior Production Leader to drive safe, efficient operations across crushing and processing plants. You will report to the Operational Superintendent and coordinate multi-plant activities to achieve production targets on an 8:6 roster with accommodation options.

The role requires a proven leadership track record in heavy industry, strong safety focus, and ability to liaise with maintenance and support teams to optimize plant

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in safe, efficient operations.
• Strong safety-focused mindset with a track record in mining or heavy industry.
• Analytical, decisive, and capable of problem solving under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong safety focus across all teams.
• Plan and direct production activities for plant shift supervisors.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and plant start-ups with Maintenance.
• Coordinate crushing activities to ensure ore feed to processing plants.
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and procedures.
• Liaise with multiple support teams to optimize plant performance.
