Job summary

Lightworks is seeking a senior technology leader to deliver enterprise-scale programs in regulated industries. You will function as a trusted advisor to client executives, shaping complex delivery, and driving growth across AI, cloud, data, and migrations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in senior technology leadership, with experience in regulated financial services, insurance, or government sectors, and a track record in program governance, stakeholder management, and multi-cloud strategies.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex technology programs in regulated enterprises.
Ability to translate executive priorities into enterprise-scale delivery roadmaps.
Proven client relationship management and BD contribution.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology, AI, and modernization programs inside regulated enterprises.
Translate executive priorities into structured programs and roadmaps.
Own delivery roadmap and operating model at VP/SVP level for CTOaaS engagements.
Mentor and develop delivery teams to build next-gen capabilities.
