Job summary

Accenture PLC in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior AI/LLM Architect to design end-to-end AI platform architectures spanning classical ML, generative AI, and agentic systems. You will own the technical design across multiple domains including AI security, operations, data engineering, and model platforms for client engagements.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, guide architecture decisions, evaluate build-vs-buy for AI platforms, and mentor cross-functional teams while continuously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years designing & deploying enterprise AI solutions.
• Minimum 2 years in Agentic, LLM and Generative AI space.
• Minimum 4 years coding in Python.
• Minimum 2 years architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven architectures.
• Minimum 4 years building large-scale ML/NLP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a technical AI vision and NFRs.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to align on feasibility and scope.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy for AI platforms and models.
• Architect multi-agent systems and an MCP Control Plane.
• Design AI gateway, memory service, and policy enforcement.
• Define security, governance, and observability by design.
• Mentor cross-functional teams on best practices.
• Research emerging AI patterns and integrate new tech.
