Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Technical Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and design for large transformation programs. You will shape solutions across custom applications, COTS products, and multi-cloud environments, emphasizing microservices, event-driven architecture, and secure, scalable patterns.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, owners, and delivery teams, mentor delivery squads, and drive governance, with a focus on AI-enabled productivity and pragmatic risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a technical field related to software engineering or information technology.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions, including cloud-native platforms.
• Experience with large transformation programs and diverse system landscapes (legacy, COTS, modern clouds).
• Demonstrated productivity improvements and measurable business outcomes through technology architecture.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture frameworks, cloud design principles, and modern patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end architecture, solutions, and use cases for large-scale transformations.
• Design solutions spanning custom apps, COTS products, and multi-cloud environments using microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Translate business requirements into implementable architecture balancing innovation with pragmatism, security, and compliance.
• Ensure non-functional requirements for performance, resilience, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to align designs and enable high-quality execution.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide delivery teams in architecture standards and best practices.
• Identify risks, map dependencies, and contribute to program governance and roadmaps.
• Champion architecture best practices and governance across the program.
