Job summary

The Recruitment Hive Pty Ltd is assisting a federal government regulator in Canberra to appoint a Lead Solutions Architect.

You will mentor a team of Solution Architects, set architectural direction, and ensure end-to-end designs meet business, security, performance, and regulatory requirements. You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into architectures, maintain artefacts and governance, and provide delivery oversight in line with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software, solution, or system architecture within government or regulated environments.
• At least three years leading solution architecture teams or practices.
• Experience in scaled agile environments and PI Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects.
• Oversee end-to-end technology solution design and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into architectures.
• Develop and maintain architecture artefacts and governance docs.
