Qualifications
- 5+ years of general insurance experience with focus on short-tail pricing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in advanced statistical modelling and predictive analytics.
- Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Radar and Earnix pricing tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and validate pricing algorithms and predictive models.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across pricing workstreams.
- Ensure pricing solutions comply with policies and mitigate risks.
- Implement pricing solutions in production with testing and monitoring.
- Collaborate with pricing, BAU, and IT teams.
