AEMO, Australia's independent energy system operator, invites a Senior Engineer to join the Future Energy Systems team within the System Design division. You will lead investigations into power system security, model complex networks, and develop practical solutions to support higher renewable integration across the National Electricity Market.
You will mentor engineers, engage with industry stakeholders, and help shape the design and operation of Australia's power system from any capital city,
Competenze
- Experience in power system analysis and modelling.
- Experience with NEM is preferred.
- Strong communication with stakeholders.
- Experience delivering projects in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers.

- Collaborate on technical studies and investigations into power system security.
- Perform and review advanced power system modelling and simulation studies.
- Develop engineering solutions for reliable integration of renewable energy technologies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical expertise.
