Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Portfolio Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of premium Canberra office assets, driving operational excellence and outstanding client outcomes.

You will lead a high-performing team of facilities managers, own budgets and contracts, and shape facilities strategy within CBRE’s global platform, leveraging CBRE's technology and development pathways for career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven background in senior Facilities Management, ideally within commercial office environments.
• Strong leadership capability to inspire and develop teams.
• Experience managing FM budgets, contracts and capital works.
• Confident client relationship skills and the ability to influence decisions.
• Thorough knowledge of WHS, risk and compliance in facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Facilities Managers across A-grade assets.
• Drive strategic facilities management initiatives that enhance tenant experience and client value.
• Take ownership of budgets, contracts, compliance, capital projects and lifecycle planning.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice and proactive solutions.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
