The University of Sydney is seeking a highly capable Senior Manager, Policy, Governance and Regulatory Services to lead education policy, portfolio governance and regulatory services within the Division of the Academic Registrar. Based at Camperdown Campus, this hands-on role manages a small team and provides specialist advice to shape policy in a large, complex university.

• Experience in policy development and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret legislation and translate into policy.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in higher education or large complex organisation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, review and implementation of education policies.
• Drive policy reform and interpret policy applicability.
• Oversee governance and secretariat support for committees.
• Support compliance with legislation and external requirements.
• Provide advice on regulatory frameworks such as HESF and AQF.
• Oversee monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small team and manage stakeholder relationships.
