Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to drive data-driven governance and reporting for the Business Optimisation Strategy (BOS). You will consolidate data across workstreams, deliver coordinated insights, and support PMO governance with a single source of truth for performance across schedule, risk, and financials.

You will report to the Senior PMO Lead, liaise with program managers, and contribute to high-quality reporting packs for SteerCo and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent substantial experience in project environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI to build dashboards and governance reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data consolidation across BOS workstreams to deliver integrated reporting on schedules, risks, and finances.
• Maintain program-wide governance artefacts and ensure traceability with PMO standards.
• Support planning by monitoring milestones and cross-stream dependencies to identify risks.
