About The Role

The Senior Program Analyst supports the PMO function for the BOS program by providing integrated reporting, data analysis, and governance insights across all workstreams. The role provides and supports the PMO’s single source of truth for program performance, enabling informed decision-making through a consolidated view of program health and detailed analysis of workstream-level performance across schedule, risks, resources, and financials.

  • Lead the consolidation and analysis of data across all BOS workstreams to deliver integrated reporting on schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and financials.
  • Maintain program-wide governance artefacts, including risks, issues, actions, and decisions, ensuring they are traceable, up to date, and aligned with PMO standards.

  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across all reporting tools and outputs, upholding the PMO as the single source of truth.
  • Prepare high-quality reporting packs, insights, and analysis for SteerCo, PMG, and other governance forums to drive informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate program performance data to identify trends, variances, and emerging risks, escalating critical matters and advising leadership on strategic adjustments.
  • Translate complex program, project, and financial data into clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail in policy interpretation and complex data analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes, and translate complex insights clearly.
