Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Project Manager of Modular Building Programs for HAC and Spark MDC products. You will own planning, organizing, and executing ETO programs, balancing cost, scope, and quality while releasing clean packages to the floor.

The role requires 5+ years in construction, engineering, or manufacturing, and strong cost instincts. You will lead multiple programs, collaborate across teams, and drive schedule discipline in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years managing projects within electrical equipment, construction, engineering and/or manufacturing.
• BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or closely related fields.
• Demonstrated ownership of material cost performance and BOM accuracy.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and advise on risks in design decisions.
• Evidence of managing multiple fast-turn programs without schedule or cost loss.
• Proficient with Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com or Primavera P6.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or Visual; Acumatica preferred.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring drug and alcohol program participation.

Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent HAC programs from award through fabrication, kitting, and shipment.
• Control design variants, BOM accuracy, and material takeoff for production releases.
• Own material cost performance, cost-to-complete and PMO reporting cadence.
• Coordinate scope with customers and installers; clarify delivery responsibilities in writing.
• Collaborate with Estimating on pricing inputs and competitive positioning.
• Drive drawing release readiness, BOM completeness, and shop packet quality.
• Oversee logistics and sequencing to match customer install schedules.
• Support Spark MDC programs with scheduling and documentation as assigned.
• Maintain change/risk logs and provide customer-facing schedule impact reports.
• Contribute to standardizing HAC estimating templates and production packets.
