Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Project Controls Manager to own the cost and schedule integrity of Engineered to Order programs. You will establish baselining standards, cost taxonomies, and a reporting layer that ties production reality to quoted numbers.

You'll be the analytical backbone of the PMO, owning estimate-to-baseline handoffs, cost-to-complete tooling, and the monthly program economics review across multiple sectors. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced, energy-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years in project controls, cost engineering, or manufacturing finance.
• Experience in an ETO or make-to-order production environment.
• Hands-on ERP experience for job costing, work orders, and BOM-level cost roll-up.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO-wide baselining standards for cost and schedule.
• Define cross-sector baselining change control and audit compliance.
• Validate awarded scope, hours, and material costs before a program starts.
• Build the cost-to-complete and estimate-at-completion tooling for PMs.
• Own the monthly economics review across sectors and drive variance recovery.
• Own SOPs and tooling, including forecasting artifacts and templates.
• Develop the data layer and reporting tooling behind executive dashboards.
• Track portfolio risk and contingency management.
• Onboard new project managers to the controls toolset.
