Job summary

Crusoe is building the future of AI with energy-first, modular data center solutions. We seek a Manager of Modular Building Programs to own the PMO for Spark MDC and PDC units, lead a small team of PMs, and drive on-time delivery and margin.

You will manage cross-functional escalations, coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing, and shape our modular product roadmap. This is a working leadership role with responsibility for schedules, risk, and governance.

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 8+ years project management in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
• 3+ years direct leadership of project managers.
• Experience in modular building manufacturing or data center construction.
• Safety-sensitive role; drug/alcohol program participation.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated schedule across Spark MDC and PDC programs with production planning alignment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers and set schedule quality standards.
• Serve as senior escalation point for modular customers and manage executive discussions.
• Partner with Manufacturing Operations & Production Planning on line loading and bottleneck resolution.
• Govern the engineering change process with pricing discipline and risk mitigation.
• Set margin and cost targets; review cost-to-complete in economics reviews.
• Drive standardization of configurations, templates, and close-out packages.
• Collaborate with Sales and Estimating on pursuit and handoff feasibility.
• Own modular executive dashboard and report progress to leadership.
