Qualifications

• Experience spanning facility, capability, or capacity expansion within manufacturing.
• Leadership of multi‑discipline capital projects in electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Proven ability to define scope, structure, and process for new programs.
• Cross‑functional collaboration across operations, finance, HR and facilities.
• Experience with capital budgeting and long‑lead procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own expansion programs: MV manufacturing expansion scope, budget, schedule.
• Lead facility layout, material flow, test bay development and utility needs.
• Coordinate MV test capability: equipment spec, procurement, commissioning.
• Manage non‑standard customer programs with no established process.
• Develop MV supplier base through qualification and dual sourcing.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR on skills gaps and training plans.
• Manage capital project scope with Finance and Facilities; cost model.
• Own AHJ/regulatory workstreams for expansion capabilities.
• Build risk register and mitigation for long‑lead dependencies.
• Hand off completed capability to production with trained processes.
• Provide accurate project inputs for the sector dashboard.
