Job summary

Appoint in Brisbane seeks a Construction Manager with experience in modular buildings or workforce accommodation. You will shape how work is planned and built, and exercise commercial judgment to ensure on-site delivery.

This Brisbane-based role offers broad remit with strong on-site involvement, guiding buildability, programs and delivery decisions across design, commercial and site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering modular buildings or workforce accommodation projects.
• Ability to lead teams and make practical, site-based decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Shape construction approaches, sequencing and programs for modular works.
• Review designs for buildability and delivery risks.
• Guide project and site teams on resources, safety and quality.
• Monitor progress and budgets, including forecast and contract matters.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve challenges.
• Lead delivery through to completion, defects closure and handover.
