Job summary

Amida Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver blue chip, high-spec commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects in Sydney. You will drive safe, quality-focused, profitable delivery from conversion through handover, with projects ranging up to $30m+.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar.
Minimum 5-15 years+ experience delivering projects for fit-out/refurb contractors.
Proven leadership ability and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of local council/regulatory requirements and standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with MS Office; familiarity with construction software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams to deliver all project aspects on time and within budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, budget, schedule and resources.
Oversee progress, track milestones, and ensure quality standards are met.
Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure health and safety compliance and company policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
