Job summary

ID Fitouts & Construction in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a senior delivery lead to drive commercial office fitouts from mobilisation to handover. You will own day-to-day delivery, partnering with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will bring 5+ years of fitout delivery, strong cost control and stakeholder management skills, with a White Card and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience delivering commercial fitouts (office fitouts preferred).
Proven track record managing projects in the $500K–$10M range.
Strong commercial acumen — experience with cost control, claims and variations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant trade or tertiary qualification (e.g. Construction Management, Building or equivalent) and valid White Card.
Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of multiple fitout projects — manage program, budget, quality and safety.
Manage subcontractors and consultants (scope, procurement, variations and performance).
Prepare/approve progress claims, variations and contractor invoices; manage cost control and forecasting.
Maintain strong client relationships and lead regular site/client meetings.
Ensure WHS compliance on site and maintain quality control processes.
Produce and maintain project documentation (RFI, meeting minutes, handover packs, close-out).
Mentor site teams and coordinate with estimating/pre-construction as required.
