Job summary

Amida Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile construction projects across Commercial, Hospitality, Office, Aged Care and Retail sectors. You will oversee multiple projects from conception through to delivery with emphasis on schedule, budget and stakeholder management.

You should hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with 5+ years client-side PM experience and head contractor exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years client-side PM experience; head contractor exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated end-to-end project delivery across multiple phases.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with different building types and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects from concept to delivery.
• Manage client stakeholders and contractor coordination.
• Ensure program milestones, budgets and safety standards are met.
• Lead procurement of design consultants and contractors.
• Prepare tender submissions and progress reporting.
