Job summary
Amida Group is seeking a Site Manager to run projects on site as the number one on site, reporting to the Project Manager. You will manage quality, ensure programme delivery on time and within cost, and oversee logistics and site programme for high-spec hospitality, residential, and commercial remediation projects ranging from $500k to $10m+.
Candidates should have 5–10 years' experience delivering similar projects, with Industrial or high-end residential exposure, and a strong track record in
Qualifications
- Trade or building related qualification is required.
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience in site supervision of construction projects, including planning and programming.
- Construction Safety Induction (White) card and Senior First Aid Certificate are required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite HSE and quality inductions with all onsite staff/subcontractors.
- Review and manage key project issues; liaise with statutory bodies.
- Ensure site compound and amenities are established and maintained; organize site inspections.
- Assist Senior Project Manager with preparing scopes of work and understanding head/subcontractor contracts.
- Produce and manage defect lists for subcontractors prior to finishing works.
