Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex transformation projects in banking or financial services.
• Proven success delivering digital acquisition, online application, onboarding or customer journey initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regulated customer onboarding processes, including KYC, AML and identity verification requirements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities across business and technology teams.
• Experience operating independently within large-scale, governance-driven programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across the Digital First Bank workstream.
• Drive digital acquisition and customer onboarding projects from concept through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Manage governance, reporting, planning, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Balance priorities across multiple sponsors and stakeholder groups.
• Provide structure, clarity, and momentum within a complex transformation environment.
