Job summary

The Aquarium in Sydney is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Client Onboarding & Change in Securities Services to lead complex change initiatives. You’ll own projects from inception to close, define scope, build plans and budgets, and drive delivery with product, operations and technology teams.

You’ll mentor junior staff, collaborate with senior sponsors, manage risk and compliance, and ensure resources are secured across a matrix environment while delivering on time and to quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management in financial services.
• Background in asset management, fund administration, superannuation or life insurance.
• Strong knowledge of back and middle office operating models, data mapping, and process design.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, build plans and budgets, and manage risk from inception to close.
• Collaborate with product, operations and technology teams; secure resources with senior sponsors.
• Mentor junior team members locally and offshore; shape delivery framework respecting risk and compliance.
• Drive delivery on time and to quality in a matrix environment with executive stakeholders.
