Job summary

Jpex Recruitment is seeking a senior Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure in North East Victoria to lead a diverse portfolio of road, bridge and water infrastructure projects. You will own planning, procurement, construction, contract administration and handover, working directly with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong commercial acumen and leadership of multidisciplinary teams, with an emphasis on delivering outcomes for regional communities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' civil construction experience, including at least 3 years managing projects.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or Superintendent's Representative.
• A degree in Civil Engineering.
• Current driver's licence and Construction Induction (White) Card.
• Experience delivering Victorian roads, bridges or water infrastructure projects for DTP or local councils will be highly regarded.
• CPEng status and experience preparing fee proposals are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple civil infrastructure projects across program, budget, quality, risk and safety.
• Leading procurement, tender assessments, contractor engagement and construction delivery.
• Undertaking Superintendent or Superintendent's Representative duties, including variations, extension-of-time claims and contract decisions.
• Managing client relationships, project reporting, stakeholder communication and project approvals.
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to fee proposals, repeat business and consultancy growth.
