Job summary

Bayside Group Bh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major client-side infrastructure program in Melbourne. You will lead a diverse portfolio of capital projects, from early scoping to delivery and close-out, across roads, utilities and civil works.

You will coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring safe, commercially sound outcomes, quality, and timely delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil infrastructure or complex projects.
• Strong planning, delivery and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to quality and safety.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering or Construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through to delivery and close-out, managing scope, time, cost, quality and safety.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Manage procurement, contracts and commercial outcomes, risks.
• Provide strong project and safety leadership across the program.
