Job summary

Spinifex Recruiting seeks an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead a major infrastructure recovery program in New South Wales. You will oversee civil projects from planning through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or significant PM experience, proven delivery of civil infrastructure, strong contract management, budgeting and stakeholder engagement, plus a current driver's licence and White Card.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or significant relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong contract management, budgeting and contractor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of civil infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, drainage and associated assets.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and reporting.
• Administer contracts, assess variations and manage project risks.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes.
