Job summary

Mirvac Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Performance to lead our Asset Management Platform Performance initiatives. This 12-month maximum term contract role focuses on delivering scalable, AI-enabled improvements across platforms, processes and data.

You will set the roadmap, drive value-realisation, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver measurable outcomes while collaborating with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Data and Operations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in business transformation and platform performance.
• Experience leading complex workflow redesign and automation initiatives.
• Strong capability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction and roadmap for Platform Performance across Asset Management.
• Lead platform uplift, workflow redesign, AI enablement and automation, embedding improvements into BAU.
• Drive the AI use-case portfolio from experimentation to adoption and measurable value.
• Establish measures for benefits and value realisation to inform future investment decisions.
• Prioritise initiatives and resources based on business value and feasibility.
• Build capability and adoption through change management and knowledge sharing.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Partner with senior leaders to turn strategy into concrete outcomes.
