Job summary

Mirvac is seeking a Manager, Change & Technical Capability to strengthen capability and performance across Asset Management. You will design learning pathways, develop technical capability programs and onboarding resources to empower our people and accelerate adoption of new systems.

You will partner with asset leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs, measure impact and drive continuous improvement, applying change management approaches to enable practical, scalable

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in technical capability, knowledge management, or learning/training.
• Proven track record designing and delivering capability programs.
• Experience building onboarding frameworks and training pathways.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of PROSCI change management is advantageous.

Responsibilities
