Job summary

Mirvac is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead multi-disciplinary asset teams, develop and implement asset strategies, maximise income and capital value, and deliver high-quality services and customer-focused performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in property, including development and asset management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Experience in major lease negotiations and complex commercial leases.
• Ability to forecast and prepare detailed budgets and reports.
• Proven track record in driving customer-centric strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagement with stakeholders to support decision making and customer-centric culture.
• Oversee Strategic Asset Plans and ensure delivery within agreed strategies and timeframes.
• Manage budgets, incomes, expenditures, valuations, and ongoing monitoring and reforecasting.
• Lead establishment and delivery of asset strategies to maximise value.
• Lead initiatives to improve performance and efficiency across the portfolio.
• Manage lease negotiations within the portfolio.
• Delivery of capital works programs on time and within budget.
• Collaborate on redevelopment or onboarding/offboarding of assets.
• Provide leadership to portfolio teams and foster high engagement and performance.
• Ensure risk, governance, compliance and corporate responsibility standards.
• Promote Mirvac in relevant markets and maintain industry connections.
