Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud deployments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and container ecosystems.
• Proficient with Docker and container lifecycle management.
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD tooling (Git, Jenkins, Ansible).
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with incident response and on-call rotation.
• Understanding of networking and security/compliance in cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters (EKS) with disaster recovery.
• Enforce Kubernetes security (RBAC, pod security, network policies).
• Manage secrets and configuration (Vault).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible).
• Develop automation tools and scripts (Python/Shell/Bash); optimize deployment strategies.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and logging for real-time visibility.
• Optimize AWS resource usage balancing performance and cost.
• Ensure security and compliance in EKS deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infra goals.
• Identify areas for optimization and stay updated on trends.
