Job summary

Kudosity is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in Sydney, NSW. You’ll lead cloud initiatives, improve deployment pipelines, and drive reliability across global services in a hybrid work environment.

You’ll mentor a team of cloud engineers, shape platform architecture, and partner with product and design to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience.
• Expertise in AWS and/or GCP with scalable architectures.
• Strong Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) design, deployment and ops.
• Proficient in Golang, Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical leader for platform reliability, observability and performance.
• Guide architecture decisions and drive scalable design across services.
• Mentor cloud engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design to align on goals and outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end infrastructure development from design to deployment.
