UGL Transport is seeking an experienced PMO Program Planner to support maintenance and capital works across NSW. The role requires developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, establishing WBS and baselines, and ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.

You will monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, and generate project controls reports to support governance. A minimum of 6 years in planning and advanced Primavera P6 skills are essential, with IMS experience

Formación

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in project planning, scheduling or project controls within rail, infrastructure, construction or maintenance environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential) with IMS experience.
• Proven ability to analyse schedules, critical path, float and schedule performance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and update integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 aligned with scope and milestones.
• Establish and maintain WBS, activity logic, resource loading, baselines and project controls frameworks.
• Develop, maintain and validate cost-loaded project programs in Primavera P6 aligned to budgets.
• Monitor progress against baselines, assess variations, delays and scope changes, and propose mitigations.
• Analyse schedule performance, critical path, float, risks and opportunities to support delivery.
• Produce and maintain project controls reports, dashboards, S-curves and forecasts for governance.
